Every accepted paper should be registered by at least one author to appear in the proceedings. The list of all accepted papers will be published on the website and the authors will be informed via e-mail.
Note: For registration please follow instructions on steps C and D of the Author Guidelines page.
To ensure the publication of a paper in the Proceedings, at least one author has to register by submitting a normal registration fee by the deadline.

If you have more than one paper accepted for presentation at the conference, there is an additional registration fee of $150 per additional paper.
The registration fees cover tea breaks, lunch on conference days as well as publication charges.
Listener registration includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks and lunch.
The over-length charges beyond 8 pages (in AISC format) will be added to the normal registration fees to calculate the actual registration fees to be paid by the authors. The over-length charge is $15 per extra page up to a maximum of six extra pages.
We are pleased to inform you that we have arranged for inclusion of accompanying persons in coffee breaks, lunch and social events for USD 150 per person.
We do not have an official accompanying programme, however, we will be very happy to offer recommendations for you.

If an author or listener wants to cancel his or her registration, he/she must send an email to icacie2023@gmail.com by 10 August 2023 with the subject “Cancellation of Registration – ICACIE2023 XXX”, where XXX is the paper ID. A processing fee of $30 will be deducted from the paid registration fees and the remaining amount will be refunded to the author/listener within 30 days.
No request for cancellation will be entertained after 10 August 2023.
