Registration

Every accepted article should be registered by one presenting author to appear in the conference proceedings. Follow the steps below in order to register one or more papers for presentation in the conference and publication.

A. Sign-up/Login

For paper registration, you have to signup here. The author’s email shall be used as the account name. Choose an appropriate secure password. Do not share your password with anybody.

B. Pay Registration Fees

After Signing-up, You can login to your account with your credentials to pay the registration fee.

The Registration deadline is on the 10 June 2020.
We are still accepting registration. Kindly pay the registration fees as soon as you receive notification of acceptance of your paper.

The Registration Fees are as follows:

*Proof of Student Registration in an ongoing course at a recognized institution (must correspond to author’s affiliation) should be provided.

All Payments shall be made online (through the link provided on the dashboard) or through wire transfer.

For online payment through the dashboard: Registration fee will be calculated according to the number of papers registered by the author. The payment can be carried out by using Credit Card

For payment through wire transfer: The author should calculate the registration fee according to the number of papers and make payment using Foreign Telegraphic Transfer or Direct Transfer or Wire transfer (preferable). Do not forget to keep the pay-in-slip or Challan or online payment receipt. You need the scanned copy of it to complete next steps.

The conference registration fees include:

• Access to conference presentations
• Conference program in PDF
• Conference proceeding of abstracts in PDF
• E-Certificate

After payment, authors should proceed towards filling the registration form and uploading of camera-ready paper and related items.

C. Filling up of the Registration Form

The registration form can be downloaded in PDF format from here [Registration_Form_ICACIE2020.pdf] or in word format from here [Registration_Form_ICACIE2020.doc]

Download the form and fill all the details. Send the filled form along with all other documents as given below.

D. Mailing Camera-Ready Paper and Documents

Once payment of registered paper(s) has been performed, mail the following items in .zip / .rar format to icacie2020@gmail.com

• The registration form duly filled in (PDF Format).
• The Camera ready Article source file (MS Word format/Latex folder). The final camera-ready copy of the paper should be in Springer LNCS format with a length of at least 8 pages and should not exceed 14 pages.
• The presentation slides (PDF format)
• Scanned copy of filled in Publishing Agreement Form (Preferably in PDF format). See Author Guidelines (Step C).
• Scanned copy of filled in Permission Request Form (if you have used any Third Party Materials in your Paper)
• Proof of studentship (valid on 30-MAY-2020) for availing Student Registration (if applicable) signed by head of the department/course.
• Scan of registration fee pay-in-slip/voucher paid to ICACIE if payment is made through wire transfer.

The mail must bear the subject line as: “Registration of article ICACIE2020-PID-XXX”.

(A SINGLE MAIL must bear all items below. If size exceeds 20 MB, break the mail into more than one. Append to subject line of the mails: Part 1, Part 2 etc. Multiple mails without size limitation will not be considered.)
